Requirements

• As a Team Lead, ensures requirements in the quarterly plan and monthly plan are met by every member of his team, every day, as shown in Work Plan
• Updates the tasks in the work plans for his/her team daily in Work Plan
• When there is an opening on his/her team, follows the 6-day hiring process
• Acts a team manager when the Manager is away from the office
• Lead the team to develop the sites assigned per approved requirements in the Functional Requirement Documents
• Ensures all Problem Reports are declared closed within the time specified in the build process when needed   
  

Responsibilities

• 3 to 5 years experience in SQL coding
• 1 to 2 years experience as a team lead
• Excellent people skills, with experience collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team
• Technologically savvy, with evidence of SQL coding skills and the ability to point to examples of having worked with digital marketing to develop and implement new processes and systems that increased efficiency in a fast-moving environment
• Flexible and a self-starter; able to multi-task while also being highly detail-oriented
